Once you have contacted me by submitting your sleep information, we will discuss which ‘package’ best suits the needs of you and your family. I most definitely will not suggest a full package if I think I can help you resolve your problem in a one off phone call or a one week support package.

One off Email or Phone Call £65

This is a good option if you would like some quick help which will point you in the right direction. I can provide you with some ideas and practical tips through your choice of communication either an email or a 30 minute phone call. 

Private Sleep Consultation £175

  • Preliminary evaluation based on our questionnaire.
  • Private telephone consultation to discuss the best strategies to address your sleep issues (allow up to an hour).
  • One email follow up within 2 weeks.

Private Sleep Consultation Plus £325

  • Preliminary evaluation based on our questionnaire.
  • Private telephone consultation to discuss the best strategies to address your sleep issues (allow up to 1.5 hours).
  • A detailed and bespoke sleep plan tailored to your needs.
  • Whatsapp/email/text/phone call support for 2 weeks

Private Home Sleep Consultation from £450*

  • Preliminary evaluation based on our questionnaire.
  • Private home consultation to discuss the best strategies to address your sleep issues (allow up to 1.5 hours).
  • A detailed and bespoke sleep plan tailored to your needs.
  • Whatsapp/email/text/phone call support for 3 weeks

Baby or Toddler Sleep Group Workshop £30 per person

This is a great option if you are after some affordable sleep advice and have a group of friends who are in the same boat! Informal advice can be given over a cuppa either in your home, work place or at a local cafe that’s convenient for everyone.

  • This session is for a minimum of 5 people, maximum of 8, for 1.5 hours and will cover the following:
  • The importance of sleep.
  • Age related expectations for napping and night time sleep.
  • Sleep regressions and how to survive these.
  • Some gentle settling techniques.
  • How to create the ideal bedtime routine.
  • Setting the right sleep environment.
  • Time will be set aside to discuss any particular sleep issues you are experiencing so that you can all get some practical, tailored strategies to try at home. 
  • A summarising email will be sent after the session.


Sleep Shaping (Newborns-3 months) Group Workshop £30 per person

This is a good option for you if you want to get your newborn into healthy sleep habits early on. The session will cover the following:

  • Babies natural sleep cycles.
  • Your baby’s sleep needs as well as their tiredness signals.
  • How to create loose routines to help regulate their body clock.
  • How to create sleep cues.
  • How to create the ideal bedtime routine.
  • How to create the best sleep environment for your little one.
  • How to manage the needs of a toddler and a new baby (there are 18 months between mine so I have lots of top tips).
  • How to tackle common sleep problems.
  • How to co-sleep safely.
  • How to reduce the risks of SIDs.
