Online Sleep Workshops

We are a small team of talented professionals with a wide range of skills and experience. We love what we do, and we do it with passion. We look forward to working with you.

All workshops cost Β£30pp (partners are welcome to join at no extra cost). These can be booked as a private group (minimum 5 people) or join one of the monthly run courses.

Shaping Sleep in the 4th Trimester

For parents with newborns- 4 month olds.

This workshop covers:

  • Babies natural sleep cycles.
  • Your baby’s sleep needs as well as their tired signals.
  • How to create loose routines to help regulate their body clock.
  • How to create sleep cues.
  • How to create a bedtime routine which works for your family.
  • How to create a bedtime environment conducive to sleep.
  • How to manage the needs of a toddler and a new baby (there are 18 months between mine so I have lots of top tips).
  • How to tackle common sleep blips.
  • How to co-sleep safely.
  • How to reduce the risks of SIDs.

Understanding Sleep Needs for 6-12 Month olds

The 6-12 month sleep workshop covers:

  • Age related expectations for napping and night time sleep
  • How to develop a nap routine and schedule that works for you and your little one
  • Tips on extending naps
  • Night wakings
  • Developmental leaps and how to navigate these
  • Developing a bedtime routine that works for you and yours
  • Transitioning to the cot and/or a new room
  • Separation Anxiety
  • Transitioning to nursery/daycare/child minders
