During my pregnancy with my second daughter, I worried constantly as to whether she would sleep as well as my 2 year old did when she was a baby. Though we needed to do some sleep training with my first, she quickly got the hang of any routine we tried to put her in. Not so much with my second who from 3 weeks old would spend hours and hours in the evening crying hysterically.

We kept waiting for the magical 3 month mark to hit for her to stop acting ‘colicky’ and settle down for an earlier bedtime which wasn’t quite happening. That’s when we sought help from Sarah. Following Sarah’s advise, within a few days, she would fall asleep at around 6.30 within 10 minutes or so and after a week and a half she started going down awake in her cot  with only a few minutes of grizzling.

I never knew how complex baby sleep was until I had my own children and having Sarah help us navigate our way through the ever changing world of baby sleep has been great for our sanity.

Sarah has helped me with our bedtime routine for my youngest child and is in process of helping me plan a bed time routine for my son. Before Sarah’s help, my daughter used to go to bed between 8 pm to 9 pm and we had a hard time finding time for ourselves. Our bedtime routine no longer drags on and tantrums have stopped. Getting our daughter into these habits has saved me a lot of time over the last few weeks.
